HeartGen’s Co-Founder, Josh Hare, M.D., has invented and patented (or has invented the technology for patents pending approval) the intellectual property needed for execution of HeartGen’s Diagnostic Tests, which includes the very first and only patent issued for a molecular signature in cardiovascular disease. In addition, HeartGen will continue to aggressively develop new intellectual property surrounding MSA applications in cardiovascular disease. Going forward, HeartGen’s MSA technology may be generalized to other forms of cardiovascular disease management, as well as for possible utility for drug development/repositioning.

HeartGen’s Co-Founder is inventor of US issued patent US 7,592,138B2, Sep 22, 2009; Filed Dec 15, 2004. This was the very first patent and only patent issued to date for a molecular signature in cardiovascular disease. This patent has been exclusively licensed to HeartGen.
